Using our new Feature Request prioritization, our product team quickly saw the number of brands in need of a better way to provide edits or reshoot requests to Creators. Whether it's a simple cut, typo in the text overlay, or need to re-film because of an issue with the product, it's hard to associate the changes that are needed for each asset in the chat correspondence. That's why we created Cohley Collaboration Suite and that's why we brought back the reject option. In the next week, brands will be able to capture all comments and changes needed from various team members, summarize any changes by asset to the Creator, and the Creator will be immediately notified of the change request.
Cohley tip: Give the Creator a new deadline! If the submit content by date has already passed, keep them tight on schedule by providing a new deadline in 2-5 days, depending on the size of the ask. For more information on our guidelines, read here.
Favorite Creators can be grouped into Lists in Creator Hub. Simply apply a filter, select all, then click ‘Edit favorites.’ In the pop-up, you can create a new list and save the selected Creators into this list. Click the heart to add a Creator that’s already hearted to a new list. See it in action here.
Additionally, brands can now search by Creator name, product, or brief keywords in order to quickly filter and find Creators to favorite or invite to a brief.
Once a favorites list is created, filter applicants in each brief by 'All favorites' or custom lists.
With the introduction of Creator Insights, it didn't make sense for a brief targeting to have both an additional question and a single or multiple choice question for applicants. Therefore, the additional question has been renamed 'brief screening' and it is always gated with 'yes' or 'no' as the correct answer. Any existing additional questions have been moved to the Creator Insights section of your brief. Best practices for brief targeting can be found here.
Brands that added Creator funds via credit card saw one amount charged in Cohley transactions and another in the receipt. This is because Braintree adds a credit card fee. Now, those two line items are shown separately so that it is easy to track the fee versus the amount added to the platform to pay Creators.
