We’ve revamped the Creator timeline to focus on their current status rather than the next upcoming date. This improvement ensures Creators know exactly what their next action is and whether they’re on track or overdue. Additionally, Creators accepted to a brief now see clear CTAs when it’s time to upload content or post to social.
Creators participating in Influencer partnership briefs now see a clean list of deliverables for posts. When the Creator is requested to post (Request Post action in Cohley), a list of deliverables is shown as the primary action for Creators.
Creators now receive a weekly email summarizing their current brief actions, recommended briefs, and payments received. This is the first time Cohley has continued communicating with Creators when content is overdue - with a goal of reducing your mental load and taking that task off your to-do list!
Brands now receive weekly emails summarizing actions for briefs, recommended creators in the Creator Hub, funding needs, and top-performing content. What else would be helpful for you to receive weekly? Let us know!

Creators invited to apply to briefs will now receive reminder emails two and four days after the initial invite. This aims to increase response rates to invites sent, with a current goal of surpassing 50%.
Content Collaboration filters
Collaborators accessing Content Collaboration will no longer need to add their name/email after they have accessed the brief’s unique sharing URL one time. Any emails letting them know that new comments have been added will direct them to the collaboration where they can filter for ‘New comments’ or ‘Needs review’. To make it easy to add a comment on each asset, quick actions have been added to send ‘Approved!’ or ‘Edits needed:’ where new formatting options allow collaborators to make lists of the requested changes.
Brands navigating Content Library should experience significant speed improvements when scrolling through assets. If a file is larger, a spinning wheel is shown to indicate that the asset is loading.
Brands can quickly navigate to a Creator’s profile from Social performance in order to invite them to a brief, view social analytics, Cohley work, reviews, etc.!
