Brands now have an easy way to share the library as part of our Collaboration Suite. Collaborators will have access to all assets and reviews. The user will have access to search, filter, and export. We will also be notifying any user that signs up with an email when new content has been added to the brand’s Cohley Library. Emails will be sent once a day if new content has been accepted. “I was given this product in exchange for my honest review." is pre-populated text for all Creators in the review text box. This was a vital update to ensure all reviews generated through Cohley are FTC compliant. While the Creator can still delete this text, this is a much stronger reminder than dos and don'ts listed in the brief requirements.
Before sending an invite via the Creator Hub, Cohley will check to ensure that all Creators selected are able to participate in the brief. Why might they not be able to participate? While there is a long list as to why a Creator might not be able to participate in a brief, we don't want YOU to have to worry about that! Watch the video overview.
Additionally, every email invite that is sent to a Creator will be sent up to 2 additional times, assuming the apply by date is still in the future. Creators that have not yet applied will be reminded 2 days and 4 days after the initial invite was sent. Right now, 43% of Creators apply after being invited, and we have a goal to get that over 50%!
Brands can change variants or product selection for any Creator before an order has been processed. Upon making a change, the Creator will be notified via chat message and email to review the new product selection. This is a big win for brands that want to ensure even distribution of product across chosen Creators or if a product/variant becomes unavailable.
Creators living on a military base, in Guam, and in Puerto Rico are now able to apply to Cohley briefs with their correct address in order to expediently receive product.
