We’ve been hard at work this past month improving our platform to make Cohley even more valuable for you. We hope you enjoy these updates as much as we do!
Here’s a quick summary:
Communication is key as you share mood boards and provide example content with potential creators. Now, when creating the briefs, you will also be able to upload pdfs, images, and videos versus having to use a URL to communicate this vision.
Once creators are accepted to the brief, a new button will be available within briefs with a supported Shopify or Bigcommerce product integration, allowing you to create the product orders for all accepted creators in mass - versus having to click ‘process order’ for each creator individually - to help reduce your time getting products to creators.
Here at Cohley, we love our creators! The content they provide is fantastic and we want to make sure they are able to find the best briefs that match their interests and talents. Upon login, creators are now shown recommendations on which briefs to apply and will have filters to find briefs of specific types and content requirements.
Once accepted into the brief, we also want to make sure that communication is easy and that brands and creators have the ability to send formatted text - like bullets, numbered lists, and bolded text. You are now also able to send attachments - like a PDF mood board! And gone are the days of chats being sent that read ‘the Cohley platform won’t let me post the IG reel or TikTok video!’ as we will accept these URLs as valid content. Simply tell them to use the button “Add Link to Your Video.”
Almost 20,000 reviews have been collected across Cohley’s network of creators for some truly amazing products. 94% received a 5-star rating!
Want to see how your products are rated? Hop over to the Performance tab and click on ‘Reviews.’ Whether you have run one Reviews Brief or multiple, you'll be able to see:
Cohley is excited to bring you this new summary of data along with some additional brief enhancements including improved handling of non-Instagram URLs and easier access to briefs in draft status.
You will also now be able to see the total count of Applicants (formerly known as ‘Chat’) and the number of creators you’ve flagged as ‘Maybe.’ A quick tip: flag creators as ‘Maybe’ to create your short list of applicants. You can also add a note to each creator to easily collaborate with others. These notes will stay with the individual creator and show up again if they apply to future briefs.
