Better Your Health is a health and beauty hub that includes the brands RenewLife, Natural Vitality, NeoCell, and Rainbow Light. The brand team knew that product reviews were essential for boosting conversion rates, but they were struggling to generate enough reviews at the turnaround time they needed, as their previous reviews and sampling partner was returning a 30% review completion rate. This was not enough to provide the products with the level of social proof they needed to increase conversion on their D2C and retailer product pages.
Cohley worked with Better Your Health across all brands to create a custom sampling program that would generate high-quality reviews quickly from Cohley Creators. Cohley briefed the reviewers on how to best use/ingest the product, and armed them with product information to help them write quality reviews that would touch on important product attributes and results. Cohley’s integration with BazaarVoice also allowed all reviews to be syndicated across multiple retailers, including the D2C website at BetterYourHealth.com.
Cohley was able to deliver 100%+ completion rates within 2 week. Additionally, the brands retain usage rights in perpetuity to all assets and reviews. The total program has driven an average of 4.8 star ratings across the board and 38% of reviews also include a photo.
Better Your Health continues to leverage Cohley to generate reviews for product launches for SKUs with few reviews, ensuring recency in reviews, and overall providing customers with the information they need to make informed purchase decisions.
